Here's the second strip. No characters yet, but we're zeroing in on their location! I'm not totally happy with the first panel, I wanted more of a look of a pond there and I don't think I quite got it. On the other hand I'm totally happy with the underbrush in the second panel. To my eye at least, it looks pretty effective.
