This is the forty-fifth item to be added to the museum and the fortieth art piece. This is the first page, being also page twenty-one of the artists' portfolio, of a three-page story that I wrote, which was drawn and inked by Matt McAndrews and 
SwiftFur. As can be seen, an officer's uniform top has been stolen and the officer in question is creating a big stink over the stolen shirt.
