it's been some time since Octavia has accepted her fate as a baby once more. her adult mind locked away in her now empty head. and after being such a good girl (and to get away from Stella's bitching), her loving father thought a day of the beach together was in order. she's got her sunscreen, sunhat swimsuit, and swim diaper on. she's just waiting for daddy to hurry up :3
