technically, as its name means, is an Indian Cemmentery. But is a hill, just was modified like that to make us allow in the city center every time that we have a super rain. now all that water ends near that blue buildings at the end of the photo instead flooding everything. in 2017, with just 47% done, worked very well, now is at 100% X3
