Pocket is an Orphaned, Aussie Kangaroo Rat. Pocket hopped a ship from Downunda and came to Inkblot. It was a long trip and after living on the streets for some weeks, Pocket was able to find lodging and kind words from Sister Hen at a local Church, plus, a job as Paperboy.
The Corner in which Pocket sells papers also happens to be the corner where Doll's shop is located and is Always welcome in for tea on cold days when the weather is bad.
