Depends on the reference and what works best for the situation. Either I’ll do the first character sketch and light table a second one and add clothes, then colour separately. Or I’ll do the single nude and use the light table to sketch the outfit to fit. Then in photoshop duplicate the nude and layer the clothes over top!
