ATK/3000 DEF/1200 LIGHT MONSTER
When Balloon Bomb Blue-Eyes is summoned, it is placed on the field in DEF position. If this monster is switched into ATK position, it is destroyed and sent to the graveyard. Once per turn, Balloon Bomb Blue-Eyes gains 100 ATK and loses 200 DEF. If your opponent destroys this monster as a result of battle, inflict damage to them equal to Balloon Bomb Blue-Eyes' ATK. If this monsters DEF becomes 0, it is destroyed and sent to the graveyard.
(The implication with this monster is that it's slowly inflating, becoming a more powerful, yet more sensitive bomb. Once popped, it will inflict massive damage to your opponent. If it pops on its own or by spells/effects, then it simply perishes)
