yup i was right her name is venus and she is the sister of the group who was seperated when they were infected by the mutagen :P

yeah apparently the makers didn't know that shinobi was another name for ninja lol and so they made her use orbs and make magic etc. she was raised in china town by some dude lol

She was in The Next Mutation and wasn't very well recieved by fans. But some people still draw her. She's easy to confuse with Leo because her bandana's blue as well. I think Peter Laird decided not to acknowledge her as part of the Ninja Turtle universe so she's disappeared into obscurity. ^^
