windos but mine dosent exploed it j ust refuses to save certan stuf aslo i dont have a tablet XD explains why most my art sucks cause i use paint

Oh, I used to use paint all the time! It takes a lot of practice, but you can get really good art out of it if you work hard enough. Even without a tablet. Just keep at it!
