Whoop! First of the year!
My lovely sister gave me a shiny Sableye she caught, and I’ve been itching to draw it. I was thinking of doing a goblin/mimic-like creature making a cocoon out of gemstones like caddisfly larvae (usually made out of sand and grit, artist Hubert Duprat gave some gold and gems to make their cocoons out of). Then I could easily see the Pokémon doing similar things out of nuggets of gold. It makes its bed...then eats it.
