Though I was convinced that I dont have the best of furring skills (I'm much better at scupting the masks) I had plenty of help from the tutorials available on livejournal's Fursuit community http://community.livejournal.com/fursuit/. And I must say that it turned out SPECTACULAR. I will use the duct-tape pattern method for every mask I fur from now on; and the shaving makes for a much easier mask than trying to find three different lengths of fur all the same color.
Such tricks might be old and fimilar to you guys, but they are new to me. And so VALUABLE. But anyway, this is what my masks would look like, furred with airbrushed markings and as close as I could make it to what the pros would do.

Barely. I ordered the right size of eyes, but when they came in they were FAR too large. I've done my best with making them fit, but that, unfortunatly, made the eye ducts too small. At least I was able to fit the eyes in so they werent practically bulging out of the sockets, but at certin angles it looks like his eyes are a little...bulgey.
I'm still proud of 'em though.
