An aristocrat, Rozen has never really had to want for anything. Because of that he's come to realize he dosen't really know what he wants. He will often use his money to help others he think needs it, weather they be friends or not. Often, Rozen will get hung up on if someone's potential is being wasted and will help them for that sole reason alone. He's usually quite the meek type, at least seemingly but can become quite bitter and icy when made angry. Will hold a grudge.

You know if you asked me a few years ago, I would have told you I liked the original fire version of Ninetales better, but I don't know now. Especially since my brain opted for this variant when I tried to design one. The elegance of the ice variant has just grown on me I guess.
