Prim Rose is a fun edgy oc I made up because my boyfriend and I got to talking about alicorns. I thought it would be neat to have an oc who was artificially made into an alicorn, since they're extremely rare naturally. Didn't feel like messing with horse anatomy so I used DA bases. Sue me.

Prim was sold off to a scientist as a foal (before she had her cutie mark, and she never had the chance to gain hers while with the scientist), and grew up being experimented on by a scientist, who seeked validation and funding from Princess Celestia, though he obviously had to keep the treatment of his experiments secret, as to not get shut down.
Her horns and wings were procured from the scientist's other failed experiments, unicorns and pegasi respectively, though she was the first earth pony he had experimented with. Her horn can only produce minimal magic (it can light up, spark, and she can hover small items a few inches off of the ground), and her wings can only lift her a few inches before she becomes exhausted.
Eventually, she escapes and, knowing the scientist looked up to Princess Celestia, specifically seeked her out to tip her off to the scientist's practices.
