PLEASE HELP! This 9-month-old puppy needs a new home. he is my neighbor's dog they just decided they dont want him n are talkin about having him put to sleep...they neglect him horribly, their previous puppy, a 5-7 week old pug, was abused n neglected, us witnessing the events. the son threw her against a wall n tried to drown her. she was left outside mid-summer with no water.
He's left outside with no water, but it would freeze anyway, for hoouurrs. literally all day. i mean its 12am n hes STILL outside... he is house broken, but like all puppies, needs a little training. I WILL PERSONALLY TAKE CARE OF ALL TRANSPORTATION FOR HIM TO GET TO A NEW HOME, N I MEAN /ANYWHERE/!
