Simba often dreams of where the kings of the past go when they assume their place among the stars in the night sky. He still believes his personal theory that they are reborn on other planets where they continue to reign and wage glorious battle. He dreams that his father, Mufasa, received a similar reward, being reborn to the prime of his youth and reigning and fighting with his rejuvenated vim and vigor. He also imagines that his late mother, Sarabi, was reborn and likewise reverted to her youthful beauty to reign as Mufasa’s lovely queen. Simba hopes that one day he may experience such eternal honor and glory.
