Very nice, like the texture and the color of the background very relaxed and warm. Can Adam's Apples stick that far out?

I agree, very nice textures. The hair especially, very effective use of brush strokes to make it look like strands rather than a solid block of color, as it so often seems to be represented. If you want some critique, though I'm not sure if it's necessary, the only real improvement that could be made is perhaps if you added a bit more red in the background farther from the face, just to even it out a little. But that's just if you really want critique. This piece doesn't actually need it, it's really good for your second watercolor. GOOD JOB
