More Touhou stuff!

Kutabe is apparently behind the sudden reversal of events in Gensokyo, using his powers as a hakutaku to “seal away” the true history of the land so someone else could fabricate an alternate version. He seems aware that his actions could have disastrous consequences, but admits that he can no longer stop the time reversal, and that the true power behind the incident is beyond his ability to correct. The heroes defeat him and force him to reveal the true power behind the incident before Gensokyo ceases to be.
