Looks pretty good to me! Personally like the way down perspective and still being able to see the gullet and uvula.
I honestly have no idea how one would accurately portray a glow from inside a fleshy mass, while being completely surrounded by said flesh. I think you'd have to maybe use an object (or micro) or some volumetrics. Still looks really good though!

Thanks for the kind feedback. It's difficult to find the right balance between the flesh itself glowing, but the whole room still being dark. I think if I'd add an object or a person to the picture, I could show the contrast better by it/them remaining dim-lighted despite the glowing walls around
