This sketch was inspired by a story I have in the works entitled "Kayla Goes Northwest," which is a follow-up to 
Coyote42's story "A Drain on Portland." Here, we have Kayla meeting with Sakura and Ice Grip, Assistant Director and Internal Affairs chief, respectively, of the Bureau of Superheroes Portland, Oregon office. She's in Portland to visit Drain, but then something happens. What? Well, you'll just have to read the story.
