Tegan Phobea, aka Fearmonger - A zoroark whose obsessed with scaring and traumatizing pokemon and especially humans, using his illusion powers to bring out their biggest fears. He's one of the original villains Korp and his allies fought and captured during their ranger years, before escaping and becoming one of the main commanders in the Obsidian Brotherhood. Despite this, most of the brotherhood knows to watch their backs around him, his backstabbing behaviour causing him to suffer thier leader's wrath several times.
Fun Fact: His costume is based off a Mimikyu, due to his old fear of creepy toys and dolls when he was younger
