It's not always just the outcome that people request from us, but occasionally the method. Mr. Hypnoflow inquired if it were possible to have a treatment method which would allow him to quickly and easily change his gender as well as outfit and general appearance. A difficult feat, but something Dr. Penny was interested in working on. Apparently 'working with portals' is something she's been excited to try for a while now.
