ONCE AGAIN, ANOTHER YEAR ENDS.

A year were Pantone, NFTs, AI and Musk all seem like they’re to stamp out art (in addition to the other crazy stuff happening in the world) it’s become exhausting to just exist this year.

My final submission for 2022, I really apologize for how little I’ve uploaded this year. work/life balance and raising a puppy makes things tricky, and I’m very disorganized as a result! I do have a ton to upload, and I will get to it. Most of the stuff i’ve made this year is already on my Patreon website - there is no fee to see the gallery.

I feel like the crazy things that happened this year kind of leached into my art, I’m less happy overall with my work and themes I did this year than before. That’s not to say I don’t think they were good, I had a lot of favorites, it’s just a different feeling than before (although I did complete 5 oil paintings, including one i started in ’14).

Besides Art, I adopted a puppy, crashed into a bear that destroyed our car (and then ran away) and I got married (to @Merrowsong)!

A lot of things good and bad happened and I’m just tired more than anything.

Clearly 2022 didn’t get the message, hopefully 2023 manages to be better year for everyone!
