Agent Hate 2, Kosaka, is a silver fox that used to be an unwilling sex slave. He used to be kept bound because he was always trying to fight back against his slavers. When he over heard the slavers say that they were bored of him and were planning to dispose of him, he decided it was his last chance to fight back and escape with his life. So he used his powers in a way he never thought of before, though his long imprisonment here had him time to think of these ways. His power allows him to manipulate the air. Either causing a wall of force to push or crush things or even move it from certain areas, even right out of people's lungs. He suffocated the slavers as soon as they returned. And he made sure that while his main tormentor laid on the ground unable to breath, he'd crush the man with a wall of air.

He finally escaped there, freeing all the slaves while he moved out of the place. Once he was outside he stayed just outside the place unsure of where to go next. Eventually the police showed up and investigated the illegal sex dungeon. Commander Jaco soon showed up as well and questioned Kosaka what happened. It was Jaco that suggested Kosaka should use his anger to help those that might be in similar situations.

The belts he wears around his midsection once belonged to those very slavers he killed to escape and the cuffs on his arms and legs were the same ones they used to keep him bound. He uses them to remember the worst part of his life and relive the event he hates so much. While he uses the chains on his arm cuffs as a whip, he likes to push the one with the lock on the end using air force, making it swing hard enough to break stone.
