Help Me Dress This Mouse!

This is my RP Character Siphonaptera AKA Sippy.
He is in need of an outfit but i cant think of anything that looks good on him besides a boring collared shirt and khaki pants....
Can i borrow someones fashion senses to make him a new outfit?

Here's a Description of Sippy to help.
Hes a know it all jerk with a kind heart lodged deep inside his tiny little body. He often tries to act tough and superior.
He has a girlfriend who's a ferret who likes to joke around about how shes going to eat him someday but she really loves him even if she does mouth stuff Sippy sometimes.
Sippy uses telekinesis...though he cant read minds well, he can toss objects around with his mind. Using psi gives him headaches easily which adds on to his stress levels.
He has trouble making friends due to his attitude.
