We all know that there is only one thing foxys love more than "fox-cream". Mead!
These two bottles are from my last small production. It tastes sweet and has a subtle flavor of cinnamon and cloves, but it has a light sour finish. I'm not very happy with that :-/
But my new mead is already fermenting
I still search someone who is willing to make a cute "weasel-mead" label, on which I can write the changing flavors, because mead is never the same!

It depends on how long you'll let it fermant. If you'll let it fermant for a short time, it will be still sweet, but not strong in alcohol. And vice versa for a long fermantation. The easiest way to sweeten the mead is that after the fermantation you'll just add some honey (after you are sure all the yeast is dead) and adjust your level of sweetness this way. Works for me all the time :3
