Back in my old DeviantART page, I used to make a series called "Poke Heroes." which featured anthro pokemon. The characters from that old series got reworked into the OCs you've seen me post about.

In Poke Heroes, Cole was an Eevee had that his DNA messed up which prevented him from evolving though Evolution stones; instead, whenever he touched a stone, he'd gain the powers of the element stone but not turn into the designated Eeveelution.
