Wanted to make one since I know it's possible!

Had a few ideas in mind, but ended up with this one. Honestly, I tried to make an animation for this, since I thought the GIF would look the same as on profile icons, but seems like it's a still image, (either that or I'm doing something wrong. Anyways, I was finding it hard to crop the animation to a small enough file without losing too much detail on it).
