The Safety Sphere© is the solution when you absolutely must keep someone safe and contained, for their own sake and others'. Especially for a shape shifter like Almanthea, who conventional restraints won't work on.
After being sedated, the patient's brain is removed from their body and placed in a tungsten sphere filled with a self-learning nanomachine paste programmed to keep them artificially alive and conscious indefinitely. The sphere is then welded shut and coated with a smooth outer layer of hardened polymer.
Guaranteed to keep them 100%, completely, safe!
As any attempt to remove the brain from the enclosure or interface with it directly would make Almanthea no longer 100% safe, the nanomachine paste will rapidly repair any attempts to cut or scratch the outer shell of the sphere, making it essentially indestructible. She'll be stuck in there fully aware and helpless, unable to speak or even wiggle her prison, until the heat-death of the universe. Maybe longer!

I’m quite the fan of all things round, so this canonical and irreversible bad end is truly the best possible way a character of mine could go out-
Inflatable encasements? Extreme Sissification? All fun to leave someone in a permanent state of, sure-
But nah sister, bust out the scalpels and nanotech, it’s time to make some ✨EXISTENCE CRIMES✨
What’s the point of going extreme if we can’t go in the opposite direction of the norm-
“yes-and”-ing someone into a few quadrillion bondage layers on one side of the spectrum,
And boiling someone down to a base shape and let the simplicity ITSELF be the torture, on the other~
