Dunno what possessed me, but I was determined to illustrate the story of a gift I received from a friend of mine ages ago. My reaction to it was handled far better than pig boi here. It was actually one of my favorite gifts I received. Think it started a trend where I only really asked for joke gifts. Another example, I asked for 'THE PEANUT' one year when someone pressed me for a gift I might've wanted - received a peanut with THE written on it.
As for the project itself, I tried my best to get this done day of Christmas but starting it the night before didn't seem like feasible timeframe. I still tried anyways. You can see how that went down. I thoroughly enjoyed working on this.
Hope everyone had a pleasant holiday weekend.

Do have a comic in the beginning of its infancy thrown in the scraps folder. Just gotta go about inking all the storyboards I have drawn out for it. 2 and half chapters worth of storyboards, but I am a SLOW artist. It's more of serious fan project set in the Mini-Loup universe of all places. Aim there is to tackle the loss of a parent at a young age amidst everything else that goes on. If that interests you at all, feel free to linger around. I might step up my art progress at some point.

I'm sure someone who draws on the daily or since they were a kid could probably knock out this piece in no time flat - maybe just a few hours for them.
I am not that artist. I started it around 11pm on Christmas eve and finished it about an hour. I'd draw for an hour or two and stop for a bit. Rinse and repeat until done. God, I must've spent like 15 hours+ on this simple thing if I had to guess.
The more you draw and more variety of things you draw, the faster things come to you. I need to draw more XD
