He looked like an aquatic genie type creature so I tried to capture that. im sure there will be plenty of adult pictures AND the prize picture will be adult so I decided to make my entry clean. If I had drawn him with naighty bits, they'd be white like his halo crown thing.
Also I know you cant tell very well but he's wearing a mask :3 The eye in it is some kind of crystal thats always glowy.
