This is my Oppai Otter concept basically. Big bosom, powerful, ninja spirit takes over a new host. Then guides them & empowers the host to continue the legacy of Oppai Otter and her abilities. A bit of Jungle De Ikou inspiration and Manyuu Hikenchou as well! I'm impressed that there are a few people out in the world with similar ideas and a healthy imaginations.
