Hmmmm....Took me about ten minutes to draw, few hours to colour, the Beak doesn't look falcon-ey, but I drew it before I decided it was a falcon, so meh. I feel like he should have a name....I think Krait, because he reminds me of a Sea Krait, with all the bands of black.
I didn't free-draw the position Krait is in, I copied it from a screenshot of a dummy that I pushed off a structure in a game on my Ipod. The game is called Stair Dismount, and it's as it sounds. Push the dummy off various structures and see how many bones you can break, how many skull fractures and so on, there's all the little cracks and snaps as it hits xD so fun. I only modified the position of his right arm.
