What happened to her tail? That could help define her personality.

For example, is she aggressive and she lost her tail in a fight, or is she curious, and through her curiosity, she somehow lost her tail? Maybe she's mischievous, and she tried to steal the food of a predator, and she was attacked. She escaped, but the predator got her tail.
Judging by her facial expression, I'd guess that she was curious, and maybe a little mischievous.
