Hello everyone, I will explain my problem a little better so that you understand it

More than a year ago, I met a person who with the passing of time showed her true face. He was a person dedicated to plagiarism, quite burned in some social networks and I know many victims of the case.
The problem lies in the fact that at the beginning of February of this year the person plagiarized one of my main characters, which forced me to change the design since the person did not want to modify it and I no longer felt comfortable. Although the friendship with that person ended, he continued to take things from my characters for his creations, but until today I have not mentioned anything because TODAY he went directly to plagiarize Dimness Ashes (My main character and with a Worth of almost $ 3000 USD in commissions, stuffed animals, art and even a tattoo)
I will be involved in legal matters until January 2, finishing patenting their copyrights (which are already halfway done, but I postponed it for the holidays) however, it makes me very angry that this person, in an effort to want to harm me, dedicates himself It's been more than a year to plagiarize my work and unique characteristics that I use in my style and my characters.
Cause more than an OC, he is a mascot of my networks, a character with whom I identify myself and even wear on my skin, with enormous sentimental value

I understand very well that there are similarities in the characters, that coincidences can occur that I am always willing to change if I get to do something like that, even when I had these coincidences I offered to change the design and/or reach an agreement with the artist and owner of the character.
but in my case, he does it out of spite and with all the desire to hurt me and my characters, and since I want to avoid a fight on social networks, I prefer to keep my characters safe and go through legal means if necessary.
I make another emphasis, as such I am not going to patent the FC since MLP belongs to Hasbro, what I am patenting is the concept and character
