This was actually my first design for the Shivada. I liked it so instead of discarding it, I saved it for later.

Ice mages has the ability to "freeze charge" nearby Shivadas, turning them to a more ice crystal form. These charged Shivadas can let out a freezing shockwave that freezes anything that is not ice related. After freezing, or the shockwave isn't released within 3 minutes, the Shivada turns back to normal and have a 5 minutes cooldown before it can be freeze charged again.
