Terms of service below!

. AB purchase includes commercial rights, full rotation reference, and 5 emotes.
. My designs may be re-sold, traded, and gifted.
. Designs received as gifts may also be resold, following the above rules. Please use extreme caution when gifting designs, and be sure that you would not be upset to have a gift be sold.
. Designs can be shared between people, but one person must be acknowledged as the sole owner.
. You are allowed to edit on top of my artwork, with proper credit toward myself for the original art, and you for the edits.
. Do not commission anyone other than me to make edits on my work, even for clothing additions. Free additions done by you are just fine, as well as free additions or changes by others on a volunteer, unpaid basis.
. Each purchase, unless specified specifically on the sales post, is a single design for one character.
. Twins may be created, ONLY if they are kept as a single design & owned by a single person. They cannot be sold or traded separately, unless both are officially paid for.
. You are allowed to create "alternate forms" of a character provided you have the permission of other artists / species owners involved, and as long as each form is still kept with the original design.
. Sale of designs are PERSONAL unless you explicitly purchase at AB price.
. Without rights purchased, you are not allowed to use my art or design for profit in any way.
. Without rights purchased, are not allowed to include my designs in games/comics/videos and other mass media consumed materials for profit.
. PERSONAL rights encompasses all products made for personal use, and not for profit, including but not limited to: physical items such as charms and pins for personal collection, comics free to access and not licensed or published, and livestream assets for streams that are NOT monetized in any way.
. Commercial rights may be purchased later to all designs where the purchase of commercial rights is made available in the original sales post.
. Only the purchaser of my work may re-post the art they've received, and public re-posts are required to have some form of watermark and/or resizing to avoid easy thievery.
. Publicized art of my designs that include inflammatory subjects such as hate speech & racism in any real world context or sexual situations involving minors Will NOT be tolerated, and you will be put on blast as much as I possibly can. Purchase implies the agreement that if any work is published with my adoptable designs in the aforementioned context, commercial rights will be revoked.
