Dudley:*scared* Exactly! So far all of our seasons have been finished in under a year. This means the next episode will be the episode of the season, right?

Meowth:*sweatdrop* Er, no. There’s still plenty of episodes left.

Dudley:*relieved* Phew, that’s a relief.

Meowth:Anyways, as of right now both Kokoro and Linda tie for the lead with two points each.

Meowth:Yeah we’ve got a show to do! So last time we had 2 more unmaskings who were once again from the same region. It turns out that Electivire was none other than Chili Heeler from Bluey, Munchlax was Zig from Zig and Sharko, and we still have no idea who the heck is behind Cluetwo.

Eddie:*wearing the outfit he wore in the holiday trailer for the original sing movie* Yeah I’m going to be honest, that guy is starting to get on my nerves.

Linda:If it even is a guy! We haven’t even met them in person.

Meowth:Well don’t worry, if Cluetwo thinks that he’s mess with us here, during our holiday special, he’s got another thing coming.

Dudley:*surprised* Oh right! Our holiday special! I had almost forgotten that it was the theme. Thank goodness we’re all dressed up for the occasion…mostly.

Kokoro:*disappointed mask* I’m wearing reindeer antlers aren’t I?

Meowth:Yes indeed, this episode is none other than our holiday special. We’ll be celebrating the festivities of the season in Alola, Galar and Paldea. That’s where generations 7 through 9 take place.

Linda:But we won’t be doing it alone now will we?

Meowth:That’s right! Like before we’ll have a special judge. Now the last few judges have introduced themselves by singing a song, or at least DJing one, but this time we’re going to be introducing the guest through song.

Eddie:He may have played been the demon in  JohnShepherd90 ‘s Masked Singer, but delivering presents every day on Christmas Eve is something that only an angel would do.

Linda:He overcame his differences and proved that he was worthy of guiding santas’ sleigh.

Meowth:*embarrassed* Now, now, we shouldn’t be discussing that! It’s the holidays…and also probably an invasion of north pole code. Also I’m not sure how they grade it and I’m not sure I want to know, plus we have a show to get too. So let’s bring out our first contestant already.

Dudley:Trying to avoid the question eh?

Meowth:Yes, I am. But we really should bring out our first contestant. This one is a pre-evolved version of someone who caused us a lot of trouble back in Alola. They may be the flailing pokemon, but are they known for catching the waves or do they just really like to wave in general? Heck, maybe they just choose it because it’s pink. But no matter what, if you want a stuffed toy this christmas day then look no further than…the Stufful!

Stufful:First of all let us get one thing clear, I did not choose this creature because of how cute it is. No I choose it because it is type. Not the normal type, the fighting one. I too consider myself a good fighter. I’ll admit my later versions have a lot more brain than brawn, and I myself am not exactly the smartest around either. Even so, I need this strength to protect the last gift that my ancestors left behind. Even now that I’ve become a part of a hero group the gift will stay protected. I have one of the members of the siad team looking after it now. But, apparently some of my friends think that I’m overworking a bit. So they sent me here. They’re wrong. I don’t need to relax. Meowth:Perhaps a gift exchange could help you get in it?

Meowth:Right on! For this christmas episode we’ve decided that the clue shall be received as a gift from someone they know. We won’t tell you just who the name of that someone is, but we will use a codeword for them that can help! The main clue however, will be what is inside the gifts as it will be an item relating to them in some way shape or form!

Dudley:Wait, no gifts for us? *crying*

Rudolph:Don’t worry, Santas got a special gift for you Mr.Puppy, you've been such a good boy this year.

Dudley:*happy* Good boy? I’ve been a good boy this year! I’m on the nice list!

Meowth:*ahem* Focus guys. These gifts are from their close friends meaning that even Rudolph dosen’t know who they are from! MIB grab the gift.

Meowth:It appears that Stufful’s gift came from someone under the codename “Blue” . I know we're a few days away from the holidays…but I’m probably on the naughty list anyways…*scratches gift open*

Rudolph:Eh, it is just a show, this doesn't really have any impact in the long run.

Meowth:*exhausted* Huh? It’s a giant number 3?

Stufful:That's something you're going to have to figure out for yourselves. Here’s a hint though:There may be more than one meaning.

Linda:Well this is going to be harder than I had originally thought. I doubt that they’re only 3 years old they sound a bit earlier.

Dudley:And I don’t think they’re in the third grade either. This is what progress looks like!

Rudolph:Maybe we could focus on the other clues then? I think I might have an idea who it could be if we do that.

Kokoro:*thinking mask* I think you may have a point. They mentioned that they were part of a group of heroes if I remembered correctly. They also were left with the last gift of their ancestors. If that’s the case then maybe it's Knuckles the Enchilada from the Sonic Series. Is that what you were thinking? 1 nose glow for yes, 2 for now.*

Rudolph:*nose glows once* Plus, his other incarnations may not be as smart as prime Knuckles, but they are definitely as strong, if not stronger than him.

Eddie:That’s what I was thinking too. The gift in question? The master emerald. What else would he so desperately want to protect?

Dudley:His dignity?

Linda:Eh, I don’t know. I was actually sort of thinking that it could be someone else. I mean maybe it’s Superman. I mean his later versions are a lot more action focused and a lot less…smart as a journalist should be. Maybe it’s a version of him where he’s not that big but actually kind of small.

Dudley:Oh! Or maybe the three is meant to represent that he’s in a trio of sorts. If that’s the case maybe it’s Huey or Louie? The blue could be…whatever the third one is.

Dewey:IT’S DEWEY!

Dudley:Yeah that! And the last gift their ancestors left could be referencing Scrooges Number 1 Dime. Or perhaps the hat if it’s Huey since Louie and Dewey both gave those up.

Applin:Howdy there! It’s me, Applin! You know the cat was right about one thing, I was certinally hungry choosing him. I am not complaining about the end product though. On the bright side, at least it wasn’t a banana. That’s another story for another time. For now let’s talk about the holidays. See, where I come from we don’t get gifts from Santa. That doesn't mean we don’t have other ways of spreading the holiday spirit. In fact I happen to be somewhat of a gift giver myself. I haven’t actually received any gifts before today however. Eddie:Hmmmm. Could it be that this is someone from a Fairytale that was made into a movie? If that’s the case maybe it’s Olaf from Disney’s Frozen? He worked so hard in that one pre-movie before Coco that was way longer then it should have been to give Anna and Elsa the perfect holiday. Yet he received nothing in return for his actions.

Kokoro:*stern mask* Isn’t sentience a good enough gift? I think you may be onto something there however. The steed in question could be Sven the reindeer, or it could be Kristoph who was practically raised side by side with him.

Dudley:Oh! I like those guesses too! But I’m not sure if they’re right.

Dudley:*shakes head* No, I don't think he’d come on a Christmas special. I actually think this is Wander from Wander Over Yonder. Exhibit A:The fairytale book is actually a reference to the episode “The Hero” where the person we assumed was a hero trying to rescue someone was actually just a teen that was slightly confused about his feelings. Exhibit B:He’s kind of like the Santa Claus in the universe. It’s not that Santa doesn't exist per say but he probably only delivers to earth children.

Rudolph:*lights up once* I was thinking about him too. And you're right, Santa doesn't account for extraterrestrial childrean. Even he has his limits.

Linda:I don't know, this is a Christmas special. Maybe one of the contestants is one of Santas’ helpers.

Rudolph:It’s not Hermy if that’s what you're thinking. I’d know him a mile away.

Linda:I don’t think it was either. BTW I’m surprised that they didn’t get an elf dentist earlier. With how much sugar they eat according to the films I’ve seen there must be tons of cavity aches.

Eddie:Well who do you think it is?

Linda:Well sure if you want to get technical roles. I do not see the elves getting gifts from Santa after a long day of work now do you? And Buddy would probably be referring to the fairytale that is real life. He thought it would be awesome but his dad was on the naughty list and he got clawed by a raccoon when he first arrived. Not exactly the spitting image of a fairytale world.

Dudley:Ooh, Linda has a fair point too!

Meowth:Indeed. All of you have interesting guests tonight. Is it a holiday miracle?

Eddie:*shrugs* I mean it happens every day. It’s not that much of a miracle.

Applin:Er, I can’t exactly move this on my own, mind getting someone to move me back stage.

Meowth:This next contestant is the Water Lizard Pokemon. Their name may sound like a Drizzle but will the rain bring the blues with it or will it be a light Drizzle that the children can play in.

Dudley:Probably earlier, I wanted snow for Christmas, not rain.

Drizzile:I choose the Drizzile because it keeps enemies out of its territory. While I don't really have any traps, I tend to also keep myself isolated away from people. At least, that’s what I used to do after a terrible accident involving my friends. Along came a girl from a town over looking for someone. I try to warn her to stay away from me, that she had no idea what she was getting into. She didn’t listen to my worries, and soon I too forgot all about them. Of course, it wasn’t meant to last but those days of happiness are something I’ll treasure. Of course I don’t want to be a downer on the holidays. Clinging too much to the pass means you won’t get my present. So here you go, to you, with love.

Rudolph:I was thinking that it could be Wednesday from the Adams Family? Although I don’t know if she knows japanese she knows a lot of languages already so it wouldn’t be that surprising if she learned a new one before the show.

If that’s the case then maybe that girl is none other than Maki Harukawa from the game Danganronpa v3. Due to her occupation she isolated herself away from others and refused to make friends. Belibot:I chose the Belibot because it looks very silly. How ironic, as I myself am not a silly person. In fact, I feel it is a fair claim to make that I am the most serious member of my group. I’m also a fan of good mysteries. That’s the main reason I joined this show actually, a sense of mystery. I actually wanted to come on this show to be a guest judge. However my leader insisted I try to actually get on the show. And I can’t disobey him, especially since he said it was related to a mission. Learning a bit more out “fun”, perhaps? Or did the leader of my team somehow know about Cluetwos attacks before the host and judge did? And most importantly…what is Christmas? It’s a red herring or reference, just a transition.

Belibot:Weird, I don’t view myself as an investor of money at all.

Dudley:So it’s a trick gift then, as Meowth suspected?

Belibot:I’m not entirely sure. I have met someone before who related to it, and I remember who.

Meowth:Who was it?

Belibot:Nice try but a direct answer would disqualify me.

Meowth:Ah, of course. Glad to see you paid attention to the rules about being a contestant. Clearly you are someone who likes to follow the rules.

Eddie:That or he doesn't want to get disqualified.

Dudley:That is true. If it is then maybe they just have a competitive spirit. If that's the case then maybe it’s someone from a competition themselves? The only one I can think of with that posh at the moment is Dick Dastardly from the Wacky Races TV series. He does have a british accent and his friend Penelope did teach him how to have fun during an event where they had to be kind in the reboot.

Eddie:I’m not entirely sure though. The British accent could be there to throw us off. That did happen in the U.S version with the lady bug. And if that’s the case then maybe it’s Peter Perfect from the Wacky Races? That way both things can be true, he doesn't cheat like dastardly, meaning he obeys the rules, and he’s a racer which drives the competitive spirit.

Kokoro:*stern mask* It is not impossible, but if you ask me I think that we are instead ;looking at at a rule-stickler-only. If that’s the case, along with the british accent, then maybe it’s Stripes from Big tRee City Rescue. He is the most serious member of his team after all.

Rudolph:*nose glows on e* That’s who I was thinking too. He’s also red like my nose and that’s a good sign in my opinion. Not to mention his love of mysteries was a vital sentence in the clue.

Linda:I’m wearing red too! Is that a good sign?

Meowth:Maybe, maybe it isn’t.

Linda:Well I’m not so sure. If it is a detective who loves a good mystery the rules then maybe it’s instead Sherlock Holmes? Maybe the incarnation from the Ace Attorney games, though there he’s called Herlock Shlomes. It doesn't mention any letter mix up in the package, but it is only his first round. And his team mate that showed him fun could be Watson, or in this case Wilson. I’m not entirely sure though I’m just spewing out a random geuss.

Belibot:Indeed, and maybe the “false” clue that he held may have some meaning after all.

Meowth:Well I dunno who they’re supposta be underneath that mask of theirs, but I do know that the mask themselves is the magician pokemon. Meowscarada:Meowscarada was an easy choice for me to make. Magic and me go hand in hand. I’ve also been known to sing a lot in my own show. We’ve also got our own version of Christmas too. It’s a celebration all throughout the land. It is not of the birth of the savior however, but the union of 3 different nations underneath the light of a fire. There’s even a play about it every eve to remind everyone what it’s all about. It’s not the only holiday however, we’ve also got our own twist on halloween and even one at the end of winter, literally I may add. Of course there’s nothing better than spending holidays with friends. Thank goodness there’s a few days before that holiday begins. For now here’s a dedicated carol to them.

Eddie:So many other things you’ve seen that you haven’t. If that’s the case then maybe it’s Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz? There was an animated sequel to it that was made not to long ago, even if it wasn’t very good, Oz was filled with so many things that Dorothy had ever seen. Talking scarecrows, cowardly lions, man made of tin?

Linda:And don’t forget that she arrived there with her dog, Toto! Not to mention if it is a resident of Oz then Crystal would make sense too. And the union of 3 nations could be a new gem holiday that formed after the crystal gems and diamonds, three of them, stopped trying to fight against each other all the time. Garnet is tall enough to fit it,, but she’s a fusion so it may be Amethyst instead. She isn’t that thin, but she is a shapeshifter, it’s one of her things. And she definitely has magic.
Kokoro:*angry mask* So close and yet so far, If it is in fact one of the gems, why limit to one of the main 3? Garnet wasn’t as big of a book reader as Pearl and Amethyst definitely wasn’t.
