Christmas Blackout (personal thoughts)

Admittingly, I wasn't feeling well the other evening. The first version of this art was depressing and had only lasted here for minutes. My mood was somewhat shaken by the blackouts, but nvm — now I'm doing great!
Each year I do a personal piece of art which is related to Christmas. Winter takes a special place in the heart of our family; especially the upcomung holiday. I won't dive much into unnesessary details. So, in my previous post I summarized all the bad stuff happened throught a year, and to be honest, that wasn't fair at all. There was a lot of good, too. Such as:
• The war began yes, BUT many of you were arround, and still contiue supporting me even now. God that means a lot! Each of your comment lifts up my mood from bottoms to skies. You are being interested in the things I'm creating, helping me to make a living, enoraging to never give up. I love you all guys, even when do not say it often!
• Some family issues were finally sorted out. In the end, me and my partner feel closer to each other than before. The difficulties brought us up together, made us much and much stronger. I've never felt this close to him before.
• A few friends left — a few, and better ones, were found. Agree or don't agree, that's only for the better.
About the situation: blackouts are happening frequnetly. Of course, this is very disturbing, as we have lots of work left to be done. Of course, the lack of power, network, water and heat upsets us. Even tho, our life won't stop and we won't give up easily. I'm not alone at this, and I constantly remind myself of that. When blackouts happen, I use it to spend more time with my husb, to think of hopes and dreams. We're watching movies, or play boardgames, or talk and talk till the lights are on once again.
The following picture is a great symbolism of how envious people wanted to break us, but succeed at making us even stronger.
Right now, we are preparing for Christmas. Sure, it won't be the same as usual, but does it nesessary has to be the day of sadness and frustration? No. We'll take all the greatness out of it! Our Christmas tree is decorated already, as is the rest of the rooms. Blackout or not, we're spending it together, and that's the best gift I can ever have.
With this spirit, the war will be eventually won.
