This is Wolf in his Lucario form, a shape he has been able to assume ever since his time in Sunyshore City in Sinnoh, after Lucky wished he could give her a child and Jirachi in a convenient plot twist overheard her desire.

Wolf differs from a standard Lucario due to his human heritage, the primary changes being his green eyes and brown fur. Another difference is the retractable claws in the backs of his paws, and both that and his other traits were passed onto his son Caelas, though Wolf's Lucario son has a lighter shade of brown for his chest fur.
