I'll be working this holiday and New Year's. It doesn't sound so good because it's really hard for us to get those type of days off. Keep this in mind, we are running a 24/7 system and millions of people still rely on us to help them to get to their love ones during the holidays safe and sound. This is a very thankless job... no one ever look at us as heroes we do what we can even though the public sees us as something else.
