With an origin and identity still unknown so far by all who have tried to know more about this stranger, "Pulse" as he calls himself is a mysterious jackal zoosapien with a 35% Garlesh that has the ability to create quantum portals and use the energy of these as a weapon, being able to go anywhere he wants through a vacuum between matter known theoretically as "the gap" and using this means to beyond our world, move through others and power electronic systems with the energy of this.

What little is known about him is that he is a native of Titan, the first planet to be colonized by the Terrestrial Union as it expanded through space, explaining the reddish fur coloration common to some mammalian zoosapiens on Saturn's moon and his knowledge of the planet's own culture and technology, and that his abilities were probably given to him in an accident in 2198 with a third Hadron collider that was supposedly exploded before it was completed in one of the major cities on the planet, with no trace of survivors or the cause of its explosion.

His objectives are unclear, but it is well known that he does not seem to have hostile intentions since he occasionally intervenes in a conflict or catastrophe trying to save as many people as possible and trying to get Kestyern crystals from wherever he can, although also by the independent inhabitants of the perimeter regions of known space he has been seen acting as a bounty hunter getting some artifact or prisoner alive for different contractors, with a clear code that never breaks to kill or allow any of his contractors to perform any illicit operation that harms innocent people.

It is a fact that his ability allows him to move to other universes as sometimes in full combat seems to receive advice, who he says are alternate versions of himself that save him from complicated situations and has brought objects in full combat that do not match neither with the Earth technology nor with that of any other known species apart from being of elements and chemical properties different from what is known in our universe, and for the few with whom he has engaged in conversation for more than a few minutes and are trusted, he mentions stories of the worlds in which he has been, speaking of a world where Earth was reformed since the Kor'vlann successfully destroyed it but a special CASE construct was able to rebuild it, one where the history was much the same but no contact between humanity and other intelligent species seems to have occurred, a world where it is still the 12th century and yet the Garlesh instilled technological development in certain people, one where there was some kind of extreme technological revolution and zoosapiens and humans alike are biomechanical and even one where humanity never existed and only mammalian zoosapiens seem to exist in harmony with nature but with some racial distinction.

He is a skilled warrior in close combat and with light firearms, and knows how to pilot without problems standard warframes and StarSaber fighters equipped with an advanced suit composed mostly of carbon fiber and teraformium that helps him to support his ability and direct it throughout his body, and like all zoosapiens he has body segmentation that helps him to achieve fast movements with his ability, and although I know that he has never revealed his face and identity to others and is very lethal in combat, surprisingly he is friendly with people and with a certain sense of humor about the things that happen and with the people that he trusts and also to keep calm in difficult moments, reminding a little bit to the attitude of the Blaster speedster

CASE and the other organizations of the other species have him in their sights every time he appears because of his curious gift that they believe is dangerous, but as in the case of Tyco, it has been shown that Pulse can be a great protector and guide to maintain order in the known universe.
