Well, the day is here, Alex has a reference after four years, yay!

I'm very happy with how it turned out. Yes, for some people the ref may seem overwhelming, but I kind of like it.

I've been wanting to make Alex someone or something unusual for a long time, and as a result, my kitty became a demon Oni. Yes, you'll say that there are plenty of demon characters as it is, that Alex isn't special and all that, but to me he'll be special anyway, phphp. I also want to someday add a little addition to his ref, that he can become a full-fledged demon. That is, he becomes a creature that looks like a lion (like a massive body, lion's mane), big horns and other things I can't think of in my head yet

The top left shows his "normal" version and the demon version when he puts on the mask. At the bottom are his favorite things, hobbies, and pet. I didn't want to add Yosenka to the reference, because I'm still terribly hurt from losing her, I cried a lot when I drew her, because I had to look for pictures to get her coloring exactly, but...damn, I really wanted to add her. I don't know if I'm going to paint her separately or just with Alex. She's the only person I don't want to see nsfw art with(

On the top right I decided to show what's in his backpack and also his next hobbies (like drawing, zookeeper card). Below I decided to show that he has a forked tongue, can exhale steam or smoke, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, he is not fluffy. Sometimes artists make Alex have lots of hairy places on his body, but the ONLY furry thing he has is his ears. The rest of his body has pretty short hair.
