As I mentioned in the comments of a previous pic, I'm planning on updating Rhelx's reference sheet. The old one is getting a little out of date and I feel like it just needs to be overhauled. I don't really love the costume he has in the older one and I think that I could just in general do better now.
Anyway, here are three possible new costumes for Rhelx. I'm not in love with the first one, but I quite likt the second two.
The first one I picture as a semi-casual something and I tried to give it a bit of a "steampunky" feels with the off center buttons. It's okay I think, but not great.
The second one is my personal favorite. This would be his adventuring gear. You have to keep in mind he is an artificer/engineer and so has as many pockets and pouches as possible for supplies and odds and ends. Even his shoulder guards and left glove have slots sewn in to house tools or other things.
The third is meant to be a re-imagining of his original costume from his older reference sheet. Instead of a single stupidly huge belt it is now two more manageably sized ones but that still give the same effect. A simple tunic vest thing without the metal plates of the old design, and a redesigned kilt which I like much better.
In all three I have played around with trying to created boots that would fit feet like his without looking stupid, but I'm not sure I've succeeded.
