During the Aladdin TV cartoon series there was one specific episode called "Heads, You Lose" in which a magician causes Aladdin to run around headless most of the episode. In what many consider a missed opportunity, the episode ends with the enemy almost doing the same to Jasmine, but she manages to reflect the magic back and beat their foe instead.
It seems someone wanted a redo of events of sorts, and commissioned a Koikatsu comic in which Jasmine is the one under a similar spell this time. Only in her case she acts normally and thinks that her condition is how she's always been. The whole episode is Aladdin trying to convince the diplomats this is totally normal and not something to be worried about while Jasmine does her duties none the wiser XD

I remember that episode (actually the first thing that came to mind when I saw the pic). When detached, the head was emotionless and logical, while the body was all caring and emotions.
And yes, I would have loved to see Emotionless Head Jasmine while her body was being romantic with Aladdin's body.
