After Vibean has made a name for himself spreading mischief throughout the multiverse, ERIE (Eldritch Research Institute of Enlightenment) decided they's had enough, forcing the little monster into a suit that regulates and controls his powers. They told Vib that he would be freed once he's repaid all the damage and trouble he's caused. But of course the goal post keeps moving further away...

I made two versions of the head for this suit, either making his face look like his human disguise, just to humiliate him. or the fishbowl thing to fully encapsulate it, logically. Eitherway he's helpless without given the OK from his handlers.
