I do believe some of that is scrapbook cardstock. Some craft stores would carry cardstock like that the only place I know would absolutely carry that would be Carsand Mosher stores. Even if it's not scrapbook cardstock I'd still use it myself if I made badges, very high quality, nice patterns, and acid free (acidic papers ruin drawings and photos in the long run).
