Years ago, there was a sight gag in a cartoon or anime TV shou. A crook dog was in the interrogation room. Two police dogs were approaching. One had a box of Milk Bones while the other was rolling up a newspaper. The sergeant said, "Looks like Murphy and Ralph is playing good cop, bad cop."
