Breakin' Out Of This Cage
See? I can draw stuff that's not fluffy and cute and smiling all adorable-like, too. 8D
This is Jira (totally an unoriginal spin off of Godzilla's name. ¦D) and his colours and design are highly based off of Super Godzilla in the Super Nintendo game, also titled Super Godzilla. It is a gruellingly long game to play but I always thought it was worth the four hours straight gameplay to see Godzilla's final form. XD It was always my faaavourite version of Godzilla growing up, and even though it's pretty ugly in retrospect, in my head he somehow always looked so much prettier. 8D
Anyways, Jira is human sized and is breakin' out of a lab and just killin' some peopl-- I mean finger painting... with red paint... yes. >_>
I had a lot of fun working on this image. Jira was all coloured and shaded for the longest time without completing the background. Just last night I decided it was time to just get all these unfinished pictures out of the way. So, after playing with texture after texture after texture, here is the result.

Red paint... Sure...
Heh, I remember when a lot of SNES games had "Super" in the title. =P Anyway, this is a nice rendition of the opening of this game. I have not played it myself, but this does look interesting. Very good use of the red texture. =P
I was going to comment about the buildings until I saw your comment that it was a stock photo. I was going to be all "Hey, Matrix!" But no... -_-
LOL

I love this one...possibly the best version of a Godzilla character I've ever found.... Three hearts, and two thumbs WAYYYY way up...for our leading 'zilla! (last part of the sentence taken from Disney's Hercules character, Hades ^^ Funniest character in the movie and favorite villain...JUST sayin'...)
