You mean the "VRChat Penitentiary" marquee? That's because when you exit the facility, your back is to the signage and your attention is focused forward on the guard shack and tunnel exit. The only time people turn around is if guards are shooting them from behind. Even then, their attention is focused down on the door rather than up. :P
