She changed her form. She is about to enter a village of Tauren, World of Warcraft Minotaurs, but they don’t like Worgen, WoW Werewolves, so she has to disguise herself as one of them. That’s why it looks like her nose is gone. Because it is and if you look closer you can see the horns on her head.
